As a participant in the Clarington Opinion Panel you will be asked to take part in brief monthly on-line surveys that focus on thought-provoking issues in Clarington.

All survey participants will be entered into our monthly draw for great prizes.

The results of each survey will be shared with all participants and published on our website.

Here are some further details about the Clarington Opinion Panel

• Clarington Opinion Panelists will be emailed access to brief online surveys that will take a few minutes to complete.
  
  
• We will not ask you to participate in more than one survey per month.
  
  
• Participation in the survey is voluntary.
  
  
• Residents of Clarington are encouraged to become panelists.
  
  
• All surveys are anonymous. A list of people who participated in the survey will not be generated nor will specific responses be matched in any way to the identity of participants.
  
  
• Beginning in October 2009, panel members participating in a survey will be eligible to enter a draw for a prize in appreciation for taking part in the survey.
  
  
• The Clarington Opinion Panel survey is designed, administered, analyzed and reported on by Collis & Reed Research as a free of charge public service to the Clarington community.
