We have designed survey questionnaires and focus groups for many purposes including market research, customer satisfaction, public opinion, employee satisfaction, and program evaluation.  We have also developed behavioural measures, experimental stimuli and forms for clinical trial research.

Survey/Focus Group Administration:

The staff at Collis & Reed Research can administer both surveys and focus groups. We conduct surveys in group settings, in one on one interviews, by internal or external mail, e-mail, fax or by telephone.

Existing Research Search, Review & Interpretation:

The staff at Collis & Reed Research can execute literature searches , retrieve documents, review material and interprete how previous studies relate to our clients' research questions.

Statistical Analyses:

Our goal is to perform the statistical analyses needed to answer our clients' research questions. We have extensive statistical experience designing and performing analyses from simple descriptive statistics to elaborate multivariate analyses. We pride ourselves in being able to present statistical results in a form that people with limited research and statistical background can clearly understand.

Reports & Recommendations:

Our report writing style is custom designed to fit the specific requirements of the client. We at Collis & Reed Research can also work with clients to advise them on how and when to best implement changes based on the the research conducted.
